Chef de Partie - The House of KOKO
We are looking for Chef de Parties to join our fast-growing private members club team, responsible for the re-launch of the UK’s most exciting multi-use entertainment and hospitality venue. The new KOKO will include a broadcast & recording studio, roof terrace, dome cocktail bar, penthouse suite, radio station, a hidden speakeasy, vinyl rooms and a piano room, multiple sound stages, as well as physical and digital membership offerings.
The House of KOKO offers multiple members and guests experiences, and the kitchens form an essential part in these. At The House of KOKO, we have three kitchens – The Italian brasserie styled Café, the refined Mediterranean inspired menu offered on the Roof and our newly opened Stage kitchen – a new dining experience with an open kitchen and a menu inspired by the seasons in a supper club style.
As a Chef de Partie you manage a small team across sections, reporting into the Sous and Head Chef. We’d like to see you have competent skills and experience of a variety of cooking styles, knowledge of health & safety practices and due diligence, but also a keen interest in being part of a team and it’s and your own progression.

We are offering both full & part-time contracts and high flexibility, but the role does entail late nights and weekends.
