Jan Blomqvist has carved out a distinctive space between melodic techno, electronica and indie-leaning club music, pairing atmospheric production with emotive vocals and expansive arrangements. His sound has developed across a catalogue of releases that balance intimate songwriting with the scale of the dancefloor.

From early releases through to his acclaimed Disconnected and Remote Control projects, Blomqvist’s music has travelled well beyond the club, with performances at festivals and venues around the world. His live shows have become a defining part of his identity, bringing together live instrumentation, vocals and electronic production in a format that sits somewhere between concert and club set.

Jan Blomqvist makes his KOKO debut in the Theatre, bringing his immersive live show to Camden for an evening of melodic electronica, emotive vocals and atmospheric techno. Expect a full live experience built for the Theatre’s sound and setting, as Blomqvist brings his signature blend of electronic production and live performance to NW1.
