For Chris Lake, making people dance is more than a career: it’s an obsession. Over nearly two decades, the GRAMMY-nominated producer, DJ, and label head has become one of house music’s most vital and visionary figures.

Known for merging underground sensibilities with infectious hooks, Lake has redefined American house music in the post-EDM era, racking up Billboard Dance chart hits like Summertime Blues,” his brisk but breezy collaboration with Sammy Virji, and his songs with Aluna, the smoldering “Beggin’” and hypnotic “More Baby”.

Now, fresh off the release of his long-awaited debut album Chemistry, he takes over the theatre this September. Released via Black Book Records, the 15-track album represents a defiant artistic statement—distilling over two decades of club culture, tireless creativity, and an obsession with making people dance.

Featuring standout collaborations with Bonobo, Kelly Lee Owens, Amber Mark, and more, Chemistry builds on a stellar 2024, which saw Lake team up with electronic heavyweights like Disclosure, Green Velvet, FISHER, and Sammy Virji.
