London-based French-Senegalese artist anaiis has announced an extensive UK and European tour for early 2027, culminating in a headline show at KOKO — her largest headline show to date.
The announcement follows an acclaimed performance at We Out Here, where anaiis took to the mainstage for a special set featuring a full choir and surprise appearance from Nao. The upcoming tour will see her bring new and unreleased music to audiences, including her recent singles “Sunshine” and “P4P”.
Both tracks follow her acclaimed 2025 album Devotion & The Black Divine, which has surpassed 20 million streams and was named an album of the year by The New Yorker, Apple Music, BBC 6 Music and Wordplay Magazine, alongside praise from The Guardian, The Observer, Rolling Stone UK, BBC, Numéro, Crack Magazine, CLASH and more.
Recorded in London with a live band, Devotion & The Black Divine explores selfhood, homecoming and acceptance through deeply personal storytelling and immersive production. Her latest releases “Sunshine” and “P4P” showcase the breadth of her artistry, moving between joy and rage, pleasure and justice.
Born in Toulouse and raised between Dakar, Dublin and Oakland, anaiis has built a distinctive voice shaped by artists and thinkers including Nina Simone, James Baldwin, bell hooks and Octavia Butler. Since releasing her debut EP Nina in 2018, she has performed alongside artists including Daniel Caesar, Mereba and Erykah Badu, as well as delivering acclaimed COLORS sessions for “chuu” and “vanishing”.
With new music on the horizon, anaiis’ 2027 headline show at KOKO marks an exciting next chapter in her evolving creative journey.
